Peter has held positions of Training Director, Executive Consultant, Vice President of Sales, Entrepreneur and Independent Business Owner.He has completed projects for General Electric, Goodyear, Eli Lilly, Johnson & Johnson, Ford Motor Company, Dupont, Focus: HOPE, Chrysler, International Association of Conference Centers, University of Michigan and General Motors.
At the Ford Fairlane Training and Development Center Peter was responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the customer service department. This department was accountable for: Participant Registration, Room Registration, Instructor Scheduling, Accounts Payables/Receivables, Training Histories, Management Reports, and Coordination of Food and Beverage.
Peter also developed and managed the Event Planning Department at the Ford Training Center.The department managed all internal Ford meetings and external sales.The Ford facility is a 300,000 square foot property that services 1000 to 1300 people a day.
At Eli Lilly Peter consolidated over 60 training functions to establish a centralized training administration support group.This turnkey operation developed best practices to deliver all corporate and global training initiatives.
Focus: HOPE is a stand alone conference center where Peter developed all of the sales and marketing operations to drive external sales.The center is experiencing a positive net profit after several years of operating at a deficient.
Peter received his Bachelorís in Business from Miami of Ohio, and his Masterís in Management and Supervision from Central Michigan University.
